Library Partners with ITS for an in-Person Service Desk

The Lemieux Library is excited to partner with IT Services to open an in-person IT Service Desk on Sept. 16.  While IT Services will still be able to provide support over the phone at 206-296-5571, and through the Service Desk Portal, you can now work with technicians in person Monday- Friday, 8 a.m.- 6 p.m., at the iDesk on the 3rd floor of the Lemieux Library on troubleshooting your SU provided laptops, account support and much more. For more information, please visit the ITS website.

Through this partnership you will now be able to check out equipment for your classrooms or meetings at the circulation desk.
