Card Access: Swipe to Study

This guide outlines the library's policy regarding building access after 6 pm.

Alumni, Guests, Visitors

Alumni, guest borrowers, and campus visitors without a valid SU Campus Card are welcome to visit Lemieux Library and McGoldrick Learning Commons Monday- Friday between 7:30am and 6pm. Access to the Library after 6pm is exclusive to current SU students, faculty, and staff with a valid SU Campus Card.

Alumni, guest borrowers, and campus visitors will also need to complete the Seattle University Safe Start health Check before coming to campus. you can start that process at the Safe Start Health Check Site.

A valid SU Campus Card is an ID card issued to currently enrolled students, and currently employed faculty and staff. These cards are programmed by ITS to provide current students, faculty, and staff access to campus buildings and services. SU Campus Cards possessed by former students (including Alumni) and faculty (including Emeritus) cannot be used for access after 6pm.
