Card Access: Swipe to Study

This guide outlines the library's policy regarding building access after 6 pm.

Campus Card Information

Valid SU Campus Cards are required in order to enter Lemieux Library and McGoldrick Learning Commons after 6pm Monday through Thursday and enter the 24hr spaces on Friday after 6pm and both Saturday and Sunday.

A valid SU Campus Card is an ID card issued to currently enrolled students, and currently employed faculty and staff. These cards are programmed by ITS to provide current students, faculty, and staff access to campus buildings and services.

Current SU students, faculty, and staff are encouraged to provide their SU Campus Cards when borrowing items at the Circulation desk, although other forms of valid photo ID (driver’s license, military, passport) will be accepted.

Current students, faculty, and staff can get new or replacement Campus Cards by visiting SUpercopy during business hours: Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm. SUpercopy is located at the courtyard level of the Pavilion (PAVL) building.

SU Campus Cards possessed by former students (including Alumni) and faculty (including Emeritus) cannot be used for access after 6pm.
